The simple terms behind every order

When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to a few straightforward terms. We have written them in plain language because we think that is how terms should be. By placing an order, you confirm that you are able to enter into a contract, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these terms. Placing your order

To place an order, add items to your cart and complete checkout with accurate information, including your name, shipping address, and payment details. Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation. That confirmation means we have received your order, not that it has been dispatched. We dispatch orders within one to three business days, and you will receive another confirmation when your order is on its way.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as when an item is out of stock, when there is an error in pricing or product information, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Pricing and payments

All prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and it includes shipping and all duties and customs. There are no hidden fees added later. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card number.

We may run promotions and discounts from time to time, including discounts up to 70% off. Promotion terms apply for the period stated, and we reserve the right to modify or end a promotion. Discounts cannot be combined unless we say so, and they apply to eligible items only.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order, and all duties and customs are included. We dispatch orders within one to three business days, and delivery is estimated at six to twelve business days after dispatch. Our Shipping Policy page explains this in more detail. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays can happen for reasons outside our control.

Returns and refunds

You have sixty days from delivery to return eligible items. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after your return arrives. Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including fabric, fit, sizing, and care instructions. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials can vary slightly from item to item. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, contact us through the Contact Us page and we will make it right.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information, for keeping your account details secure if you create an account, and for using our store lawfully. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes. If we believe an order is fraudulent or abusive, we may cancel it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our store evolves. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
